The conference will be held as an in-person meeting starting 22 September 2025 at 8:30 AM and ending with lunch-to-go at 12 PM 26 September 2025.

Accommodation

We have secured 45 rooms at the conference hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen with 24-hour transport links to central Copenhagen, as it is only a short walk to Ørestad train and metro station (M1-line). The hotel is located only 7 km from Copenhagen Airport and offers secure parking. You may read more about the hotel at this site. Price is DKK. 1645,- per night. There is also a budget friendly alternative only a 12 min walk from the conference hotel - the CABINN Metro Hotel. Please see more at this site. Price is around DKK. 840,- per. night for a standard single room (may vary depending on booking site).

For other hotels in Copenhagen, please check with your favourite booking site (Booking.com/Hotels.com etc.) for best rates. If you wish to have an easy commute to the conference hotel, make sure your hotel is placed close to the M1-metro line.

Breaks

Time will be allotted for a morning break and an afternoon break. Refreshments will be served during the breaks.

Lunch will be provided (included) each day of the conference.

Photos The Organizing Committee will be taking photos during the event. These are the property of the event and may be used for purposes related to the event.

If you are being harassed, if you notice that someone else is being harassed, or if you have any other concerns related to violation of the Voorburg Group Meeting Code of Conduct, please send an email to Voorburg2025@dst.dk.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior at a Meeting event, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the meeting. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all Voorburg Group Meeting activities, including in interactions with the staff/volunteers, conference and workshop venues, and conference-related social events, so that all participants can enjoy an engaging exchange of ideas is a welcoming setting.
